Ahh summer…the one time of year that it’s permissible to peruse the web until either your battery dies or something shiny catches your ADD’s attention. While most of the time I spend fooling around on the internet consists of laughing at some baby dancing to “Single Ladies” or taking some asinine color blind test worried that I might fail, today I actually had a purpose. I am on a hunt. A hunt for inspiration.
In the very near future, I will get a chance to decorate………(wait for it)……..MY NEW ROOM! And while I will always have a special place in my heart for my butter yellow walls, ornate beaded quilt, my Victorian chandelier, and portrait of Audrey Hepburn that accented my childhood room…my style has changed. Dare I say it…matured even. And now I’m looking for something new, something sophisticated, tasteful, classy…
So, I have begun collecting pictures of furniture, bedding, lighting, window treatments…you name it. And today I hit the motherload. I happened to StumbleUpon (literally) this extremely cool magazine called Neet. I could spend hours upon hours surfing the different blogs and posts on fashion, music, interior design, books, and lots of other deliciously posh stuff.
