Hope Your Ears Can Dig...

...my favorite selections from Lollapalooza 2011.  I have frequently equated Lollapalooza with Christmas in the past, but it really isn't that far from reality.  Perry Farrell may not look a whole lot like Santa Claus, but every year he consistently rewards us music junkies with such an abundant extravaganza of new tuneage that sends visions of 808 drums and delectable bass rifts dancing through our heads.  Upon entry to the park, each festival goer is awarded a program booklet with a coupon for 40 free songs from iTunes attached to the back.  It's truly the gift that keeps on giving...I can now listen to the sounds of Lollapalooza everywhere I go, close my eyes, and suddenly find myself back in Grant Park on a hot August day.  Find my new addictions below:
